Terms of Service

About these terms

Dotspad (the "Service") is operated by [Your full name], a sole trader trading as Tycovin ("we", "us", "our"), of [Your business address]. You can contact us at luqman@tycovin.com.

By creating an account or using Dotspad, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Your account

You need an account to use Dotspad. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to buy a subscription.

Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Plans and payment

The Free plan lets you keep up to 30 saved items. Dotspad Pro costs £8 per month or £80 per year and removes that limit. Prices are in pounds sterling.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing button in the app. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account returns to the Free plan.

If you have more than 30 saved items when you return to Free, your existing items stay in your library, but you won't be able to add new ones until you're under the limit or you upgrade again. Refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you save to Dotspad. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only so we can provide the Service to you. Your library is private to your account.

What you can save

Only save content you have the right to save for your own use. Many images and videos online are protected by copyright. Dotspad is intended for private reference, study and practice, and saving something to Dotspad doesn't give you any rights to it.

Don't upload content that's unlawful, abusive or harmful, and don't try to disrupt the Service or access it in ways it isn't intended to be used. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Dotspad running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a change that significantly affects what Pro subscribers pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

We recommend keeping your own copies of any files that are important to you.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Otherwise, we're not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you're a consumer, these terms don't affect your legal rights.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing luqman@tycovin.com. We'll delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
